Which route should I take?

If you want product in hand quickly and the existing HAMCL lineup works for your shelf, take the warehouse route: 500 pcs minimum, stock brands only. If the product has to carry your own name, packaging and flavor mix, that is the OEM/ODM route, starting at 10,000 pcs.

What is the minimum order?

500 pcs from local warehouse stock, mixable across models and flavors. OEM/ODM projects start at 10,000 pcs per order and are produced at our production site before shipment.

Can I order samples first?

Yes. Warehouse samples are priced at single-unit retail and the amount is credited against your first stock order. For OEM/ODM, a pre-production sample is built once artwork and specifications are locked.

How do payment terms work?

First orders are prepaid by card, ACH or T/T. Net 30 is available after three settled orders, subject to a credit check.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to destinations where the products are legally saleable, and we do not ship to addresses that cannot demonstrate age verification. Tell us the destination in the form and we will confirm before you pay.

Can you put my brand on the packaging?

Only on the OEM/ODM route, from 10,000 pcs: logo, device shell color, retail box artwork and the flavor lineup. Warehouse stock ships exactly as it sits in the warehouse — no branding changes at 500 pcs.

What documentation comes with the goods?

Per-batch test reports, an authenticity code per device, and the destination-specific compliance paperwork your account needs. Ask for the list in the inquiry and we will send the current set.
