Terms of service
The terms
of the deal.
Who can order, what we promise, what we do not, and how a disagreement gets settled. Written to be read once rather than skimmed and regretted.
Summary
The short version
HAMCL is the brand of Shenzhen Trumpro International E-Commerce Co., Ltd. Retail orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the United States; the contract is with us, not with the carrier or the storefront that referred you.
We cancel and refund any order where age cannot be verified, and a delivery may require an adult signature. Buying for someone under 21 is a breach of these terms, not a loophole.
30 days to return sealed goods, 90 days of hardware warranty. Pods, e-liquid and coils are consumables and sit outside both — that is the whole line.
Small claims are fine. Everything else goes to individual arbitration in California, and you can opt out of that within 30 days of your first order.

Terms of service
-
01Who these terms are between
These terms are a contract between you and Shenzhen Trumpro International E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (“HAMCL”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of this website and any order placed through it. By browsing, opening a checkout, or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
HAMCL is our brand. Our registered address is 316, Chuangying Building, No. 68 South Ring Road, Shaqi Community, Xinqiao Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. Retail orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in the United States.
-
02Eligibility and age
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to buy nicotine products in the place you live. By placing an order you confirm both, and you confirm that the delivery address is one where you can lawfully receive the product.
- We may ask for a government-issued photo ID before dispatch, and may cancel and refund an order if age cannot be verified.
- Deliveries may require an adult signature; carriers will not release a parcel to anyone under 21.
- You may not order for, or forward a parcel to, anyone under 21.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and will delete an account we believe belongs to a minor.
-
03Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation naming the items that actually left the warehouse.
- The basket page and the automated order-received email are not acceptance.
- We may refuse or cancel an order — insufficient stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a failed age check, or an address outside our service area — and refund it in full.
- An order can be changed or cancelled only before it is picked. Ask us before the 2 PM ET cutoff and we will try; once a parcel is sealed we cannot reopen it.
- The dispatch confirmation is the record of what you bought. Check the address and the items on it and tell us within 48 hours if something is wrong.
-
04Price, tax and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment the order is placed, subject to the correction rule below.
- Payment is authorised at checkout and captured at dispatch. We do not store full card numbers; they are handled by our payment processor.
- If a price or promotion is listed at an obviously wrong figure, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund it in full rather than honour the error.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques, bank transfer for retail orders, or cryptocurrency.
- If a payment is reversed without contacting us first, we may suspend further orders while the dispute is open. Talk to us — we hold delivery and signature records and will send them.
-
05Shipping, title and risk
Delivery windows, cutoffs and destinations are set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. Estimated windows are estimates produced by the carrier, not guarantees.
- Title and risk in the goods pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address on the order.
- If you authorise the carrier to leave a parcel without a signature, risk passes at the moment it is left, and we cannot replace a parcel taken from the doorstep.
- If tracking shows no movement for seven days, or the parcel is marked delivered but never arrived, tell us within 30 days of the dispatch date and we will open a carrier claim.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier strikes, severe weather or an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
-
06Returns and refunds
Unopened, sealed goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened devices, e-liquid, pods and coils cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. The full rules, the exceptions, who pays return postage and refund timing are on the shipping and returns page.
Nothing in this section reduces a statutory right you have where you live, including any right to reject goods that are faulty or not as described.
-
07Warranty
Hardware is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the delivery date, on the terms on the warranty page. Consumables, physical damage, liquid ingress, use of a non-compliant charger and devices bought from an unauthorised reseller are excluded. That warranty is the only express warranty we give.
-
08Authenticity
Every retail box carries a 12-character code under a scratch panel, checkable on the authenticity page. A code confirms the packaging came off our line; it is not a safety certification. Selling, offering or shipping counterfeit HAMCL product is a breach of these terms and of our trademark rights.
-
09Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to buy product you know cannot lawfully be delivered or possessed where you are;
- scrape, crawl, mirror or resell the site or its content, or place automated orders, without our written permission;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the site, its payment flow or its security;
- impersonate another person, or use a false address or age;
- use our product names, images or copy to make a health or cessation claim, or in advertising that targets anyone under 21.
-
10Product information and nicotine
We describe devices, flavours and specifications as accurately as we can. Colour, finish and packaging may vary slightly between production runs, and puff counts are manufacturer estimates tested under controlled conditions rather than a promise of a specific number of uses.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no HAMCL product is sold as a smoking cessation device or as a licensed medicine.
Warning: this product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Sold only to adults aged 21 or over. -
11Wholesale, OEM and resale
A retail account is for personal use only. Reselling product bought at retail prices, drop-shipping it, or listing it on a marketplace requires a wholesale agreement. Warehouse supply starts at 500 pieces and OEM production at 10,000 pieces, as described on the wholesale page; the signed quotation governs those orders, and where it conflicts with these terms, the quotation wins.
Trade buyers are responsible for registration, labelling, tax, advertising and any other requirement in the markets they sell into, and for selling only to adults of legal age.
-
12Your content
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, resize and reproduce it on this site and in our marketing. You confirm you own it or have permission to use it.
We remove content that contains a health or cessation claim, shows anyone under 21, uses another person's image without consent, or offers an incentive for a review that is not disclosed.
-
13Your data
We use the details on an order to verify age, take payment, deliver the parcel, handle returns and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We keep order records for as long as those obligations require, and share them only with the payment processor, carrier and authorities where legally required. Ask us what we hold about you and we will answer within 30 days.
-
14Intellectual property
The HAMCL name and logo, the product photography, the page copy and the layout of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other copying, adaptation or commercial use needs our written permission.
-
15Disclaimers
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every description, image or stock figure is current at the moment you read it.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The express 90-day hardware warranty described above survives this exclusion. Some jurisdictions do not allow parts of this exclusion to be limited, in which case those parts do not apply to you.
-
16Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here excludes a consumer right that cannot be excluded where you live.
-
17Dispute resolution and arbitration
Email us first and give us 30 days to fix it. Most disputes end there, and it costs nothing.
- If we cannot resolve it, either side may require the dispute to be settled by binding individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Los Angeles County, California, or conducted by telephone or video where the rules allow.
- You can opt out. Send an email to the address in §21 within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with your name, order number and the words “I opt out of arbitration”. Opting out has no other effect on your order.
- Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Neither side may bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration or representative proceeding.
- Either side may still bring an individual claim in small claims court, or ask a court for an injunction to stop misuse of intellectual property.
- If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this whole arbitration section falls away and the dispute goes to the courts named in §18.
-
18Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable United States federal law. Where a dispute is heard in court rather than by arbitration, both sides submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If you live in a jurisdiction whose consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected.
-
19Changes, suspension and termination
We may update these terms when our products, the law or our processes change. The version in force when you placed an order governs that order; a later version governs later orders. A material change gets a new effective date at the top of this page.
We may suspend or close an account, or refuse future orders, where these terms are breached, where a payment is disputed, or where we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, arbitration — survive termination.
-
20General
- Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, it is cut back to the minimum and the rest of these terms stand.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor of the business.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the shipping and returns policy, the warranty terms and any signed wholesale quotation, are the whole agreement between us and replace anything said or written before.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a clause on one occasion, we can still enforce it later.
- Force majeure. Neither side is liable for a delay caused by something beyond its reasonable control, provided the other side is told promptly.
- Notices. Notices to us go to the email in §21; notices to you go to the email address on your order and are treated as received 24 hours after sending.
- Language. These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version governs.
